Experimental Technique Captures Ghostly Images

While investigating a home in Rocklin, CA. we tested an experimental technique. Using an old Analog TV we are able to scan through UHF/VHF frequencies. TV’s have went digital so it just scans through static, so when it started picking up on something it caught our interest. We captured something after it had been sitting in the same spot scanning for almost 1 hour.
