Is the BASSO Bridge Haunted?
We went exploring the Old Basso Bridge in La Grange, California.
Hidden along the Tuolumne River, this old bridge has a long local reputation. It sits near former mining routes and rural backroads that date back to the Gold Rush era. Over the years, people have whispered about strange sounds, uneasy feelings, and things that just don’t feel right after dark. Some locals avoid stopping here altogether.
So we decided to investigate for ourselves.
While on the bridge, we heard unexplained noises echoing through the area. Not animals. Not wind. Something else. Our equipment began acting up with sudden EMF spikes, and we started receiving messages that were shocking and unexpected. Messages that seemed to respond directly to what was happening in the moment.
Even without the gear, the place felt heavy. A strange energy hung in the air, the kind that makes your instincts kick in and tells you something is watching… or listening.
